The purpose of the Convio mobile service is to provide an enhanced experience through interaction.
Although Convio provides this to you for your use at no charge, this does not necessarily imply that there are no costs involved. Depending on your wireless service provider and the terms of your particular cellular plan, you may or may not experience any additional costs through the use of the Convio mobile service. This greatly depends on what services are bundled with your cellular plan from your wireless carrier.
If you have an established data and/or text message plan, you will likely not see any additional costs from using the Convio mobile service.
Your Convio service may include a downloadable mobile application. If you choose (via your selection on the signup form) to download the Mobile application and you do not have an established data plan with your wireless carrier, your carrier charges may be in the order of $1. Accessing the web-application version without an established data plan, instead of the downloadable version, could incur data access charges ~ 1c/KB.
Text messaging, where your celluar plan doesn't provide them as a bundled part of your service, are likely to be between 5c and 20c each. As has been stated, these wireless fees will vary with your particular wireless service plan and in many cases, especially if you have a data plan and /or text message plan established, your mobile service access may not incur any additional charges.
Close reach Communications Inc. and Convio have worked to ensure a broad cross section of devices and Wireless carriers are supported. However, no guarantee can be given that any particular device or carrier will be able to access any or all of the mobile content. We do however continually work to increase and generally broaden our coverage

Where possible, we strive to provide a professional level of service with respect to monitoring message content. You ultimately have the power to Opt- in or out of the service as you wish.
